I am aware of all of this information V_H but you and I can't possibly know what the directors have or haven't done or chosen to do or not to do over this period, or the reasons behind doing or not doing certain things.. I highly doubt they have done nothing.. Maybe they could have acted more quickly, but I am confident they haven't been ignoring the elephant in the room.. We only know what has been reported.
I can't justify getting cranky with the directors just yet but I understand why some shareholders would be.
