the low Sp.
Those who held are getting closer to an "OUT"
My guess is that as a result of the Mac Bank dump
at .003 in old money, the magic number now is 0.015.

That "Happy Position" removes the risk of "Missing the Bus"
when the money comes.
"New Money" would be watching closely.
