There are means of raising money to fund expansion opportunities other than dilution through a cap raising. A confident management team may decide to loan some money to the company or even seek a loan (albeit with higher interest). If cyberbiz is doing well and the debt can be repaid sooner rather than later I believe this to be the best way forward. If it fast tracks sales and brings us to a cashflow positive position sooner rather than later I think that we might find the SP will rise quicker too, which funnily enough may then make a cap raise more attractive if need be for further opportunities. It also shows greater confidence in the product and business by those in the know. I agree that Glennan is certainly mindful of his cut of the pie (which by extension means he is mindful of ours too - good thing) but there are ways he can grow the pie without us having to give away our portion. Either way, if I was on the board I would take a step back and realise that acceleration in revenue needs to happen sooner rather than later. Tesserent is not the only company listed with a relatively low price and high potential. I do however believe it is one of the most attractive, particularly given it has product in market and appears to be on the right side of the commercialisation cycle. The only thing I am afraid of is getting caught in a position where we are close to breaking even or better still breaking OUT, but in order to do so we must dilute our holding. I suspect this is the feeling of most holders share, particularly those who invested in the IPO. Would be interested to get your thoughts?
