Indeed. The CEO is executing on revenue growth. So far so good, but he appears to be neglecting the company's capacity to raise further capital. It is possible that his own shareholding is biasing him against dilution.
If TNT is to be *really* successful, the CEO will have to ultimately trade direct control for scale. Can he do this?
