I note that they did a buyback a few years back (with excess capital) at a level they described as "value for existing shareholders" - when you look at the level they purchased at (and it was pre-AUGIL purchase too) it was around this mid-30's level.
I wonder, given the release of regulatory capital through licence consolidation, whether they will chose to pay back debt OR consider returning capital through another on-market buyback (or perhaps both). I am sure they are pondering that concept, but are probably trying to keep some powder [capital] dry for possible future acquisitions.
I see Kirk bought a very small amount of shares a little while back (at 34.5 cents I think). Obviously this is of little financial impact to him, and must be his way of signalling to us that he considers this a "value" level.
