I agree, Lumley is no means a great.
You are right, WES by no means is in a great position - but they will survive without having to divest. Extreme fear may be playing on the minds of many during these times (and although warranted) perspective must be kept intact too.
On a lighter note; im happy to organise a consortium to buy all CIX at 35. lol
