Why bother talking/posting about OBL when you do not hold. That's what is irrational.

Management should have secured a partner ages ago when Twiggy and others were interested. The oil price now has got nothing to do with those shortcomings.

Management are simply not good enough that's why a miracle is needed now. You know that and that's why you do not buy any shares even at this bargain basement price.
