Hahah very true.. looks like its gonna be around this range in the next few years. Imho, by the looks of it, small shareholders offloading to find better return for their money. Consequently, some people are getting a bargain at 1.6 cents.
Another possibility is accumulation at 1.6 cents as small trades of around 100-500k have been happening for the last month. Hopefully they announce something soon so that we know what is going on in term of their drill plan and results from their desktop review.
