Finding Alacran gold and silver was significant. It's unfortunate that Teck exercised it's back in right. Until then they were only interested in Cu, an it's Cu they're looking for.
It has been a spanner in the works that's for sure.
But it's really a big thing to accuse the Directors of not acting in good faith.
