This company will never have the right operations in place. They pushed away all the industry experience and bought in the "experts" that they have now silently let go after 12 months. They will never get real quality back and any they do pickup from competitors will be burnt out anyway.
There are new players in the health business who look to be able to walk all over the 10+ year old systems that hills inherited and won't ever have funds to develop new platforms.
