Perhaps you are right bloodwynch but in savage bear markets, the "market" usually overshoots on the downside because of fear and panic and a flight to cash.
MAP look to be really good long term value. To me there are bigger bargains at current prices compared to MAP, but I don't think there is any doubt the market has panicked with MAP.
I would look to really load up on MAP at around the $1.40 mark. $1.70 is very good value, $1.40 to me says "buy with ears pinned back".
