Have you been to Sydney airport lately? They overcharge for everything like car parking. lol. They need to do this to service their debts, but Feb's traffic figures were a shocker. They have so much debt that underlying profits can skew either way because of the leverage factor and what happens if some of syndicate banks don't want to refi their debts? In my opinion the share price is rational because it reflects all the uncertain variables.
