I also remember how the uptake in Australia was slow at first "On the graph" and then it picked up nearly doubling in customers from one year to the next. IMO the uptake in USA is very similar to uptake in Australia & ahead in USA. Give it one year and the next growth will explode.
I think people who have held for years have every right to poo poo pay rises until results are met. Its a bit of a slap in the face for long term shareholders. If Nearmap did not go into USA we would be getting a divend by now. When shareholders get a dividend Dr Newman will get my vote for a pay rise. I also voted no to director options, Why because he sold at 95 cents, and I had an order in at $1.00 Still think it would have hit a dollar and set Nearmap up to be trading higher today. Breaking the barrier of $1.00 is a massive hurdle.
What I'd like to know and maybe someone who is going to the AGM
might be able to ask the founder of QPSX is what ever happened to the stat mux patent, and sar technology as well as the Ipernica sterile ferral technology. Maybe someone can tell me as I've always wondered.

All done... some of the money ( Winnings) was used to buy Nearmap,... and pay a 1 cent divident.
