Mgmt has grossly underperformed on utilising the huge cash pile. Look at FMG despite debt burden stock flying. Seems Mgmt hands are still cold after brutal bashing of sector in recent years. They shld return some cash back to shareholders. Some stocks still quiet cheap as T/o target so they shld move their bum and look around
