If that is what you are referring to, that will take some time but the benefits are very big for the O and G industry. the costs to service this sector form the KI base are halved and most costs are transport costs which halve as distance halves out to the rigs. also the response time is also halved in case of emergency. My understanding is the revenue from this will at east offset C and M cost of KI which while not impacted on any restart of KI if IP price was higher
