I agree it could end up much higher, it really depends on what transpires
I think with no insurance payout it worth around 30c
With an insurance payout somewhere between 31-35 ( depending on size of payout)
With good acquisition on no payout 35-40 plus
With good acquisition and payout 40-45

I am being conservative in targeting a 40-50% return and I do appreciate it may be higher than 100-120% under the right circumstances over the short term

The key is though having a high probability for this kind of return outcome with a very very low probability of the equivalent down side is what i find particularly attractive about MGX
