I have no idea why there was supply at 22 - there is no obvious reason on the chart why the road block was there for the last couple of days. In any case, 23/23.5 does show some historical significance, and there could be as much as 10-20M of latent supply in that area. But after that targets are 26 & 29, and then there is 41 which would close the large gap down in late 2014.
Would be nice to think we could see that gap closed but I suspect fundamental drivers for that to occur would be further improvement in IO outlook &/or insurance settlement &/or new project announcement?!? In the absence of those, my target is the 26-29 region which I think is realistic without all those things happening.
