yes i know trf hasn't been classed as a holding company in the past, i first brought TRF in 06 and i was in the IFE float too.
Don't forget TRF have held IFE since 07 too, ie holding them too.
If its not classed as a holding company why does the share price act like it is 20-30% discount, you tell me?
