The CAPEX for Cadlao generally appears cheap, namely phase 2 (putting a fixed platform in place etc)...
Would be nice for one of the two remaining thai drills to hit a commercial pay and effectively hedge any risks with cadlao.
the $ in bank jsut seem a bit too low for goign head first into cadlao, imho
