High risk if SP is in high 40 without Cadloa in productions.
Uncertainty still there, no doubt. Another block in Cadlao SC6B just added to the portfolio this morning.
RAI atm is specky and i buy n for year end punt. If it doesn't work out, then hope their uranium delivers.
Lots of long term holder and instos buying RAI @ mid 20 and with the JV with Peak Oil and Gas, cash reserves will enhanced significantly not to mention the Chinese Hebei is watching the Kakashu closely.

Well, Low is 15 cents and high could be potentially higher than 45 cents if RAI can deliver some suprise.
