I like, and to a point agree with all you say, with this exception. Yes we are incredibly cheap in terms of gas in place, but we don't to just give it away. We ether make it pay by developing it ourselves, or sell it to as you suggest the Japs, or whoever, and as stakeholders WE, not THEM reap the financial benefits. Might I suggest $1.50c a share as a starting point for bidders. I can wait.
