    whilst further court action is a possibility, there are other options for SRK should that happen

    they could run the strategic investor process anyway with the view that an investor fund any court action in return for a slice of equity in the project

    this allows SRK to move onto other things and avoid throwing cash at lawyers

    Rothschilds arent stupid, they would have tested the waters and sounded out potential investors already
