Given where the shareprice is sitting, it looks to me like an ABSOLUTE WORST CASE is being priced in.

I take that to be D&C trumping the shootout price (taking legal title to the Peruvian assets) and then not being able to stump up the cash to repay SRK the loans...?

I know that the loan repayment would be part of the deal, but D&C could cry poor in any event.

We'd have a protracted legal battle in that case - with SRK having no Peruvian project and a lot less cash that we thought we were going to have.

However unlikely the above is, the shareprice is reflecting SRK holding bugger all assets and bugger all cash.
