reading past announcements it sounds like the shoot out process was written in black and white in the shareholders agreement, hard to see how D&C would have a leg to stand on particularly as Strike has loaned AF the money. You would think as a minimum D&C would be ordered to repay the loan

as discussed before, even if SRK walk away from AF altogether, its worth more than 10c
