not sure, its a pretty tight register (assuming large holders are friendly) so would be tough for someone to have a crack at SRK
$37m for 50% implies a $74m valuation for AF, plus $15 cash on hand, thats roughly 60c per share of value (without other assets), downside 35c worth of cash on hand
so the value proposition is obvious, must be a very disgruntled shareholder or a very well informed shareholder that has a reason for selling
