I would suggest a bit of manipulation in order to keep the share price low? After all they are wanting to purchase 50% of AF for $37M. Maybe it would make it a little more difficult (for D&C to entice potential suitors) that SRK is not worth a whole lot more at this stage in order to have a lot lower perceived project value?

I am reaching here as i cannot figure out any other reasons as to why such large volumes have been changing hands over the past months without changing their share price.
