I'm fairly new to this, but wouldn't the wording "fundraising" mean they're going to borrow money instead of issuing more shares?

There last announcement in September clearly mentioned a placement of shares not a "fundraising".

If they can secure funds this will acually be a positive as it buys them time to turn around Smokey and also invest into bringing Rooderand online?

Could be clutching at straws, but lets wait and see.
