Hello Fish 3, if details of a capital raising were informally released to the press prior to the ASX I think ASIC and the ASX would be would be interested. I for for one will complain to ASIC if this is indeed the case.

I think the only thing that will shock the BOD into some sort of postive action is a vote of no confidence by shareholders. Continued subsidy of mining operations by shareholders can only effect the SP in one direction and that is down and finally into liquidation.

I think there should be an external reiview and audit of PLA's operations by a competent authority with the objective of turning the company around. This won't happen so the only solution is replace the current directors with persons more suited to maanging the task in hand.
