If you believe $19/t for Strikes project, you'll believe anything. There are very good reasons Strike are priced so lowly. They have to build very expensive infrastructure, there are huge community issues, the resource sits next to an airport that occupies very rare flat ground, and it's in Peru, a moderately sovereign risk country. On top of that, the resource is high in sulphur, so will require grinding and put through a float plant to desulphurise it. The technical and community risks are very high on this one! Which should be obvious, otherwise it would've been in production right now - they've had it for nearly 7 years now!

I think you need to look past the numbers in some of these projects and put a little more sophistication in the analysis.
