SUCCESS !!! ... After being stung for US$1000 early Jan.2016, have now been reimbursed majority of funds less 'handling' charges, forex fees, etc.
Key points in chasing funds:
- maintained respectful and business-like manner in comms with EZ Trader.
- at no time did I make any Trades.
- did not give "verification" (ID) details requested several times by EZ Trader (all they really needed was my credit card#, which they already had! ... and in any case my ID info would NOT prove I was the owner of the nominated credit card!!).
- submitted an online complaint to the US SEC (... At this time I have no idea whether this helped obtain the reimbursement).
