Starting on canola today hopefully. Hay boys have yielded around 5.5-6t here this year, which means cereal yields should be half that and in the range of 2.2-2.5t/ha.
A bit of frost damage. Would have been worse had we rolled the dice with wheat on the known frosty paddocks.
Selling 13-14 wheat around the $315 level with SWAPS (West Coast FIS equiv of about $340 for APW). 10% done. Any bigger rally we go to 25-35%. Good luck with harvest lads
