... As far as I'm aware, neither the CASEI and AQSIQ have any record of dealing with Nexbis, CITP, TPID [you can check this out at their respective websites, and you can search their records of all the companies they have relationships with and the nature of those relationships]

... TPID has never received a cent for their alleged involvement in the China contract... so why should Nexbis?
... to me it appears that Nexbis is simply returning the money they got from Mackay, and IN MY OPINION to be able to say to the market back in Nov09 that they'd been receiving money for their participation in the alleged China contract.
