UKI (Asia Pacific) is registered in Australia. From the last announcement provided by NBS:
3. A condition of the Nexbis investment was that UKI undertake a corporate restructuring to form an Australian registered company.
It seems UKI (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd was registered in Australia at Nexbis's request and believe that that paragraph was meant to explain why that company has such a short history in Australia.
Probably a question for the company to answer: who owns UKI (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd? At this stage I wouldn't rule out TDA-Tech, Saddington, TPID, Maurisha Ltd or another entity:
