    Here is an issue to ponder.
    Under the granted permission by the Minister, Cuadrilla MUST COMPLETE drilling of 4 wells and frack/flow test at least 2 wells within 3 years of granted permission. They have 12 months left. Given the time they have taken to complete the first 2 wells they are on a very tight schedule in 2019. Their understanding of the geology and drilling from the first 2 wells may help but they are on a time budget as well as financial.
