One can only hope that the relationship has improved considerably from the time involving the Proto Pharma debacle that could have stalled the whole testing programme. It is crucial that LP and EMS are on the same page and don't get bogged down in any ongoing expensive litigation.

It is bad enough having question marks over the relationship with BP it would be dreadful to have another legal front opened with LP. it is a concern that EMS get no acknowledgement in any LP press release but I hope that is just a case of LP blowing their own trumpet and placing themselves to receive the plaudits at the end of the day.

I am sure that all will start to be revealed during the last quarter of this year.
