Great to see the staff are happy working there:

0 Oct 2018"MGM is a great Place to Work"Star Star Star Star Star Current Employee - Sales in Adelaide Recommends Positive Outlook I have been working at MGM Wireless full-time (Less than a year)ProsVery family friendly workplace, great amenities, a freshly ground automatic coffee machine whenever you want? That’s a yes from me! The location at Rose Park with the surrounds and Victoria Race Park is beautiful. The guy in buildings cafe, Marc, brings up your food order to your desk, how good is that? Supportive management, pay and conditions are pretty good, a lot of trust given to staff in systems. We have a laugh sometimes and Friday night drinks are a chance to chat and relax, even have a chat to CEO about leisure activities, sports and kids… Love it when we get reports from overseas tech trips. I’ve been overseas with co. learnt heaps, they paid all my expenses, bloody awesome. The best thing though is the business modelling, it’s based on really thorough research, that’s a confidence thing about the company’s ongoing viability.Show Less Cons Public companies can be demanding, but this is the best of the three I have worked for so far. With the diversity and segmentation of schools’ business, technologies, processes, systems and the IoT there’s too much to learn, plus the markets can be complex and highly competitive. But what can you say, that’s business in a lot of companies. OK nothing is perfect but you're listening to staff. Mondat update meetings for whole co. are great too.Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare via EmailCopy LinkFlag as InappropriateFlag as InappropriateHelpful

13 Feb 2019 "Flexibility"Star Star Star Star StarCurrent Employee - Product Designer/ManagerRecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at MGM Wireless full-time (Less than a year)ProsThe company is flexible with my working arrangements including, start, finish and break times as long as the end goals are completed. The company is flexible and allows me to run my own startup/small businesses on the side and allows for flexible working arrangements that support my end goals. There is no micro management at this company which I love as I am innately entrepreneurial and can not stand being managed. The company is successful which creates a good feeling in terms of job security.Show LessConsThe majority of the office is open plan desks where as for my personality and role, I require anonymity for the fostering of creativity and strategic thinking.

Advice to Management Maybe implement a suggestion box, due to the constant growth and success of the business it can sometimes be hard to find a good time to speak up about things (maybe just my personality).Keep doing what you are doing, I seriously doubt that there are many other companies in Australia and maybe even the world that could meet my job requirements like MGM does. I am really enjoying my work here and can't wait to … Show MoreShare on FacebookShare on TwitterShare via EmailCopy LinkFlag as InappropriateFlag as InappropriateHelpfulSponsored JobsBusiness Consultant - FinancialsTechnologyOne – MelbourneICT Strategy Business Analyst Information Services Group, Inc. –Hawthorn7 Oct 2018"Great place to work"StarStarStarStarStarFormer Employee - Client Relations OfficerRecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at MGM Wireless full-time (Less than a year)ProsFriendly and supportive workplace culture as highlighted in a previous review, the management at MGM are wonderful people and are supportive of the growth, learning, and development of their employees.Ideas for improvement and suggestions for change are taken on board and acted upon with an open mind which facilitates and motivates employees to challenge the old ways, resulting in positive … Show MoreConsAt times it can get a bit slow, particularly when you're inexperienced in the work (resulting in limited number of cases you can work on) and everyone else is busy with their own work. That being said, during the early stages, this time should be spent trying to acquire new skills and knowledge that may assist in your role, sooner or later you will be experienced enough to work on a wide variety of issues; … Show MoreAdvice to Management Keep doing what you guys are doing and always look for ways to improve so you can adapt rapidly to changes.
