You clearly have no idea. The average rating is 4/5 which is very good. They have sold thousands of watches and only 150 odd reviews have been made. Most people write reviews when they want to have a whinge so not surprising that a few tens of people complained. And a fair few of those are from people who clearly didn’t actually know what they were buying and now complain about the app having a monthly fee. Clearly they should have done the research and not bought the watch if they didn’t want to pay the fee.
