I am trying to not be negative. I am sure that Ohio Uni is reputable however the quality of this pamphlet leaves something to be desired . Graphite, graphene, coal, diamond and soot are different allotropes of coal. These are not easily transformed. EG graphite to diamond via extreme heat and pressure. Once again I doubt hat this is a viable process and use for coal.
Stick to the simple, convert to ethane, methane, ethylene etc and then make polymers.
