You are making up things that I've never said. Of course the transition will take time and I want it to be as fast as possible. I haven't made any assertions like that.
As I explained in my previous post the mining fuel tax is a subsidy that only applies to fossil power because renewables don't need the fuel. Without that subsidy that fossil power would cost much more.
