I tend to ignore your posts because you get bogged down in the detail and totally miss the simple truth staring you in the face.

Renewable energy doesn't require massive expensive mines or bores to fuel the power generation, they use the sun and moon instead. Those mining subsidies, regardless of what they are for, are directly supporting the generation of fossil fuel power. Without them the end cost would be much higher.
