uk confused investor

I am a UK investor with very little info to go on, I have money invested in this company magna for a long time and I would really appreciate is if some kind Australian fellow could put me in the pitcure just what is happening and what is expected to happen with this company what I do know they are or have been having problems for some time. Do you really think the company has potential and exactly what mining/minersla do they own or are looking to explore.........are they involed in rare earths or uranium.
