    what is happening now I believe, is what I forshadowed months ago. Even if by some miracle CHM got anything substantial out of MMX, they will have a trail of former CHM shareholders come out of the woodwork claiming compensation for being dudded in the re-floating. Just as MMX is responsible "for the sins of the NICU", just as much CHM is responsible for past actions, and they are a doozy! There is no honour amongst theives.
