Someone asked who Whitbread is. From my understanding he was a shareholder in "the old CHM". I met him at a meeting which was chaired by the Administrator John Vouris. At this time CHM had been taken out of bankruptcy and Vouris had requested expressions of interest from interested parties to acquire CHM. Whitbread stated that the Koh offer at the time was underpriced, unreasonable etc. He suggested that there was another offer available. Quite rightly Vouris told him to send the interest in and he would review it against the Koh offer. This "offer" never materialised.
From my knowledge of the man he is a bitter CHM shareholder (the previous version) who reckons he has been dudded. He should expend more of his energies criticising the previous management of CHM who caused its downfall than trying to be a "thorn in the side" of the current proceedings. I also believe that some of his recent dealings are with counterparts of considerable ill repute.
I guess in reality only time will tell and also whether this matter is settled in or out of court.
My comment about professionalism has absolutely nothing to do with getting poohy about "anti - CHM" verbosity. It just seems to me the same people on a regular basis post extremely banale comments which are in now way constructive, factual or adding any value to this forum.
On that note cheerio
