United Industies International (UII) was an original CHM Top 20 shareholder when it firsted listed in 2003. It held 675,000 shares which represented 1.092% of the then issued stock. With subsequent placement it dropped out of the Top 20 and it may or may not be a current shareholder.
UII like many of the orginal shareholders would have had issue with the way CHM was run so rapidly into administration. Search for United Industies International in both google and White Pages found nothing. Anyone know if it is still a going concern?
