I only suggested going private as an option if financing cannot be found and capital raising is rejected by shareholders/investors. What other options will AZI have? It needs funds to pay the bills...salaries, listing fees etc.

If it goes private then directors will foot the bills and take on risks.

We need to appreciate that AZI like all small companies needs funds to survive. I am still hopeful that Alex will not let us down and pull if off. Write to him or give him a call in Italy.
