Im interested in quite why you believe everything is so achievable with this company especially as it has such a poor record of achievement...... What am i missing?
They entered the year saying they had $4.6m of recurring revenue, at the half year they have traded $2.6m, so only $0.3m of new revenue in the first 6 months. There have been no new announcements of new contracts up until the end of Feb that i am aware of so why would they get another tradeable $5 - $9m of revenue in the last 4 months? (as per the forecast) There is no previous record of achievement for this is there?
Im also highly sceptical about the cost base coming in at between $15 - $16m when the first half has expenses at $8.5m and then on top of that will presumably be additional expenses for this new technology that has been acquired.
Maybe the new technology brings a bunch of revenue with it, but if the company is going to close its revenue gap by buying in business then where is the underlying progression?
What is it i am not getting out of looking at raw results here.......?
