I generally agree with your statement about pricing risk so that every stock has an appropriate value based on its particular circumstances, however truly disruptive (the most over-used word in modern invetsing !) business models (and I don't just mean internet enabled, or those that simply disintermediate someone in the value chain) can render its competition obsolete. Amazon killed Dymocks....there was no price for a Dymocks share that impounded the risk of Amazons model. Uber and AirBnB are the same....they are truly disruptive because they make use of otherwise idle assets and are therefore a marginal cost player, whereas CAB is a total cost player. - they cant win.
Anyway, that's my view, and I agree DYOR !
