After initially going through Charles Schwab (global account), who makes you jump through hoops, order via phone only and rips you off royally with their fees I am now happily using Interactive Brokers. You can buy internationally through their software and the fees are incredibly reasonable... haven't had any issues (phone support can take a while before you reach someone but once you get someone they are helpful).
