blokes I'm sure Resmed has their eye on how KSX is developing.

I have a hunch that the Resmed personnel move to KSX was done in good faith. Implying get this company of the ground and show us that their technology will be accepted.

Once KSX is established Resmed will swoop them up and add another arm to their business.

Why would Resmed take them over at this stage. Too much work and uncertainty. Just take some of our best and get it to the level we require.

100 million is too cheap.
