Following the recent company update on 28 February 2011, Nexbis? patent application filing in the United States of America has been approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and a Certificate of Grant has been issued to the company dated 22 March 2011.

In addition to patents already granted in other countries, the securing of the U.S. patent adds substantial validation to the Company?s Intellectual Property in the biggest and most competitive IP market in the world and further confirms the unique and tangible value of the Company?s IP.
